What is the order processing time?

The order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

When will I receive my package?                                                                       

The package will arrive at its destination a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after the order is processed. The time may vary depending on the shipping address and couriers/postal service. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors made by the local courier/postal service.

    Can I track my order?

    You can track your order in the "Track your order" section from the left side menu by entering the code provided in the confirmation email. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving the shipment notification email, please contact us at: info.xspiritual@gmail.com and we will be happy to verify the cause of the shipment delay.

          I can't find my order confirmation. What should I do? 

          If you can't find the order confirmation email, try checking your spam or trash folder because it may end up there as well. If you would like to request it again, please contact us at: info.xspiritual@gmail.com

          What types of payment do you accept? 

          Our store accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal. Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Maestro.

            Is your website secure?

            Absolutely yes!!! Nothing to worry about!!! We have Super Nerd encryption in place so your payment is safe and secure.         

            What kind of packaging is used for my orders?

            Each order is shipped securely with packaging appropriate for the type of product chosen. Our paper containers, are created to keep the product intact and protected until it reaches its destination.

            Are there any products that cannot be returned? 

            Products on sale or with discount percentages cannot be returned.

              What if the product is defective or damaged?     

              If there is something wrong with your order, (defective or damaged product), please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order via email to our team, we will be happy to help you to investigate the case.

              You must provide proof of the item to be reported by sending a photo, again by email, to our team at: info.xspiritual@gmail.com

              Please do not return anything before the case is reviewed by our customer service center. If it is approved, we will send you a replacement.
